"The Original High" Promo Events

Will there be or not an Adam appearance for Fresh 102.7/s Fall Fest? I know we had that little screen shot of an announcement which quickly disappeared. Tonight, that radio station played all three artists in the 45 minutes of my commute. I'm hoping that's a good sign.

I don't know how big the Colloseum is, but Newton Theatre is tiny - only about 1000 seats. We just got back from seeing Gordon Lightfoot there tonight. And I know, he's old (76) and so thin he could pass for the Cryptkeeper, or at least give Steve Howe from Yes a run for the money or the title, but ...

This really is "this and that". Just got 4th row center seats to see/hear David Cook at the little old Newton Theatre (NJ) just 15 minutes from home on November 8. $39.00 each - seats in the balcony are listed at $24.00.

My son is off to a new adventure tomorrow. He's starting a trade school in "commercial diving", which is all about underwater construction, hazmat, etc. Well, he wasn't into going back to traditional college after being called to active duty for Coast Guard in Kuwait, of all places. He tr...

Oh lord...VOLLEYBALL!!! ::icant:: ::wheee:: Gotta see about this one... Hah - Steve actually thought about it for a minute - until he remembered all his episodes with sunstroke. (Whale watching off San Diego knocked him out last year.) I'm an ex-lifeguard. I'll sit out there forever, so long as you...

Knock me over - I just saw that David Cook will be at The Newton Theatre in Newton NJ which is 15 minutes from me in nowhere New Jersey. This theater is a converted movie house from the 1930s. Can't be more than 1000 seats. Tickets go on sale Friday July 17 through the theater - not affiliated with ...

Well we all have our own opinions regarding the vids. I can appreciate that if people are rude to those around them, it can spoil the experience. I rarely take vids, but do like to take photos and tweet them during the concert so those at home on line can see what's happening in real time. I try no...

I may have to let the dvr capture this - awfully late at night for getting up again for work.

But - if I get up early, I could enjoy over morning coffee. ::smile::

Looking gorgeous, and from what I can hear from Periscope, sounded great also. Good for people who could spend time in Miami. That's just such a cool area to explore.

No, I am not populating a granbert thread. I had fun with my daughter and grand-daughter today. She thought I should get an RV to follow Adam around on his next tour. We had a little conversation on the unfortunate Kanye interpretation of BR. (I brought her to QAL at Mohegan Sun.) She likes Kanye, b...

I'm not sure what a granbert is. Does it come in male and female varieties? Does it have a natural habitat? My girls are 15 months apart in age, one school grade apart back in that day, and are now 32 and 31 years of age respectively. They have completely different musical tastes. Although they both...

The re-mixes are ok - the KREAM one is probably the one I would listen to the most. It's hard to improve on the original recording of this one.

I like Rumors and Tove Lo, could see it as a single. It's just not in my top five. But then, my pop-rock sensibilities have never been so main-stream. I like the quirky - would rather listen to Peter Gabriel than Phil Collins era Genesis. Back in my high school days, (nights?) I regularly listened t...

Poll: What Are Your Favorite Five Tracks on "The Original High"?

This is tough - currently Things I Didn't Say the The Light are the ones I have to replay a few times in a row when driving to and from work. But I look forward to every track, including Lucy (except for the verses - love the chorus and guitar solo, though.)
