FYI.....I had to change the count for June 23 as Twitter changed the count when I checked back today. However, their + increase is still wrong. They have it at +472, when it should be +528.

It's great to get these daily increases, Tiki

But I do wish 2,300,000+ of those followers would actually get off their butts and buy the album! Some "followers"! Just think: if a measly 20% of those people bought TOH, Adam would already have a gold record in the US.

I swear I'll never understand such indifference and fickleness!

What I also don't understand much is that his tweets get on average maybe 1k retweets (if he gets those). What are those followers doing? Fifth Harmony has only 2.2 million followers and are getting 5k retweets easily. Their fan base is a lot younger probably but still. We need to get off off our asses!

I totally agree with you Derek, but I think this applies to all artists. Take Rhiana for instance, she has over 47 mil followers, but her sales don't reflect that number either. In this day and age of Itunes & YT, cd sales have really declined. It's too easy to just buy 1 or 2 songs from Itunes or just plain rip them all for free from YT or to get a friend who has the song you want and have them burn it for you, and I fully believe that is what is happening and why followers & album sales don't
reflect each other anymore. Years ago, before Itunes & YT, you had to buy the hard copy single or the entire album to get the music but who really knows if they reflected each other then either as we didn't have twitter to count the number of followers. The electronic age and greed has changed the music world and not for the better either in my opinion.

That's one question that is a little hard to answer. I really have no idea about this, but I am thinking it may be because Adam probably doesn't tweet as much as Fifth Harmony do, and of course their fan base is young and glued to their phones.
I just checked out Fifth Harmony's twitter account and they are constantly tweeting and retweeting, where as Adam doesn't tweet like that, so that probably accounts for the higher retweets, because Adam gets retweeted like crazy ww when he does tweet or anything that concerns Adam. I may be entirely wrong in saying this but I wouldn't be too concerned about the retweets.

Maybe Derek would have some ideas on this.
