"So what does it sound like? After one play we only wrote one word in our notes: ‘BONKERS’. When it comes to pop music, this is usually a good thing. Fortunately we were allowed to listen to it again.

I'm a fan of a lot of artists but Adam is the only one I follow this closely.  Is it normal for dj's/media to react like this to a new single?  

Don't be surprised if you see this a lot.  It's exactly how I keep reacting to all these comments about the song (and I love Jon).

I may come here from now on regarding AL and Era 3. IDF bad gateways doing my head in. Re the Avicii HB comparison. I think the reviewer was just comparing to the instrumental part of the song, not the song it self. He is right Adam needs a huge UK hit. That could spill into US. We get it in NZ next Tuesday Midnight. I well be streaming on Spotify too. But I think what's more important re streaming, is streaming the album on week of release. Our RIANZ TOp 40 Charts, count Spotify streams too, so well be streaming the single a few times too next Tuesday.

I noticed that the lyrics that the reviewer wrote are "I tried to believe in ELVIS (not God)" . . . I kinda like Elvis more.

I have no real idea how the drama builds to a rele ase of a new single.  I don't really follow any other artist on-line, although I do faithfully listen to Elvis Duran on Z100.
I know Maxwell is on Z100, and is syndicated.  His show is not, however, carried on my strictly local iheart top 40 radio station broadcasting from the Metropolis (not) of Blairstown, NJ.  They seem to carry Toby Knapp, instead.

Could be that the line is used twice in the song and it's God one time and Elvis the other.
