My pleasure! I hated that scrolling icon too... I never quite understood the importance of differentiating a 'hot topic' on any board... It's quite obvious just from the number of posts in any thread.

I was on a trip and not able to check this board for a couple of days or so and have come back to find soooo many changes....and I LOVE them!!!
I love the colors, I can now see all of the banner and the Adam photo (couldn't see any of Adam before), love that the date/time that someone posts is at top of post instead of at bottom, I can see the "reply" button...everything seems to be working for me now.

OK, working on the new board....

Vampfever, the Techie Angel from Heaven, has made it so the members/avis are on the left of the posts for the new domain.

In order for the avatars to not encroach into the post area (and sometimes hide text) when using an iPad, I had to resize some of your avis.

They're done on the new board, but for extra insurance, I'm going to change them on this board as well in case the migration overwrites what I've done on the new domain.

This is the list of members whose avi sizes needed to be changed...

Very late in responding to this... but one of the perks of migrating to the new domain is that I have to make sure that things are set up right, which means going through threads...

This was never answered, but yes...

Go to User Control Panel, Board preferences, Edit display options...

You can pick and choose how to display topics, posts by subject/author/etc. and... in ascending order/descending order.

SERIOUS HELP NEEDED!!!!!

I just posted this for the Working Crew, but we could really, really use some help! It's really easy to do, no tech skills needed! PM me if you can lend a hand!

When you go into the thread you're working on (when IDF lets you), just Ctrl-A the whole page, then paste it in a Word document... It will look awful but at least we can work through it if IDF disappears completely. Repeat this for each page of the thread you're working on.

Then pick another thread, post "I've got this one" so others don't pick the same one and do the same thing.

Once we've gathered all the pages from IDF, we'll work out a system for doing the fancy quoting here.

I'm almost done with my end of stuff I can do for the migration to the new domain, the rest is pretty much in Vampfever's hands.

As soon as I finish with some odds and ends I have left for the new domain, I'll do the same thing as above for the Archives threads.

Remember to 'save' often in your Word document because it will be a very 'heavy' document with all the garbage being brought in (avis, etc.) that we don't really need. I just want a quick and dirty grab from IDF."
