There is no other show on Sept. 17 - that blog is wrong.

And Fresh 102.7 radio announced (later deleted) that Adam will be part of the FreshFallFest in NY October 8 so I doubt there will be more concerts. Adam will be probably busy promoting TOH and I think we will have a new single at that time.

I am sure you are right because the sched is tight if there is a show on the 17th and another one on the 18th. Aprpreciate the correction.

It's funny, I don't see him as being egotistical or immodest. (And I don't care one way or the other about the guy.) I think he was stating a fact. They hadn't toured until they asked him. And regardless of how you feel about his talent or the comparisons to Adam, he was who they chose at that time. They obviously felt he was the guy for the job at that moment. The years with Paul is part of Queen's story and journey which now includes Adam!!!

I don't care or know PR one way or the other....but the answer he gave was a non-answer.

He was asked about Adam with Queen, and he answered by telling the guy about Queen didn't tour until he came along.

I just thought as an "answer" it was funny. It's a self promotion that I just can't see Adam as doing.

And kudos for him being part of the Queen story, but he sure couldn't do the songs justice. I've seen the video clips. Maybe he sounds better with whatever his groups is or was. I don't know who he usually sings with.

Wow, so the blog was indeed right with the Sept. 17 date, but was on it too early.

I always wanted to ask how the ticket sales are going but given these are huge arenas it must be great!

There was some confusion because some sites had the concerts listed as simply "Adam Lambert".

The only shows I'm doing in South America in Sept are with Queen. ;)

Eta - the whole thing is confusing - the new dates are not listed on Queens homepage and apparently not available on the tickets sites.
Also thinking about it - that would be a grueling schedule for Adam - especially two dates in a row before that extremely demanding RiR concert .

Well to be fair hes not wrong, Queen couldent tour till PR sang for them. No question Adam does a better job, and the collab is widely more succesfull. But Paul did put them out their again. Maybe B and R wouldent of meet Adam without their collab. Funny i think cooper would of raved without PR their.

The added shows are not included in queenonline up to this writing. However the show on the 16th was labeled SOLD OUT !!
