The concert was phenominal. I arrived after Ali had started. What a surprise she was. I don't know if she has lost a lot of weight in the last year, or if she just looked larger on tv, but I was stunned at how tiny she was. She looked fabulous, and she has great stage presence. So happy I got the opportunity to see her. I finally got my Adison finale. I never bought her cd, but I think I will now purchase it. They have it on Amazon this month for $5, so I think everyone should purchase it and show her some love. She has a lot of potential, and should get the opportunity to stay around.
Orianthi can sure shred that guitar. Not impressed with her singing, but definitely added to the show.
Adam was amazing. I took a friend with me that knew nothing about him. He was blown away, and had a great time. We had great places to stand, right on the aisle. We left to go to the bathroom, and to get drinks, and the security guy saved our place for us. Awesome guy! The lady in front of us was a huge Adam fan, but seriously messed up on coke. She kept making people that were trying to take pictures and get up closer leave. Swatting them away like flys. Seriously rude to them. Security kept telling her to stay out of the aisle, but she kept going all over the place. They escorted her out finally, but let her back in after about 10 or 15 minutes.
Adam just keeps getting better and better. I love the outfits, the hair, the voice, the whole package. He is a true entertainer, and I feel so fortunate that I got to see him again. I was hoping for a really diverse crowd, lots of leather and night people, but from what I could see it was still an AI crowd for the most part. Lots of different age groups tho, and a lot more men than at Fantasy Springs. I hope that trend continues, and that the fan base keeps growing. I've been to a lot of concerts in my life, and Adam is a true star. His fan base is really dedicated, and there was certainly a lot of love for him. It made me so happy.
